At Dosaze, we want you to experience the best sleep of your life, which is why we offer a 60-night sleep trial on all our premium bedding products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
