When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, and delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a trial period for your pillows?
Yes, we offer a 60-night sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your Dosaze pillow after trying it for at least 30 nights, you can return it for a full refund.
How do I clean my Dosaze products?
Our pillow covers are machine washable in cold water on a gentle cycle. We recommend air drying or tumble drying on low heat. The internal memory foam should only be spot cleaned with a damp cloth.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free installments through Shop Pay.
Are your products hypoallergenic?
Yes, our pillows are made with hypoallergenic materials and OEKO-TEX certified foam to ensure they are free from harmful chemicals and safe for sensitive sleepers.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more countries in the near future.
